DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can remove your Waybound account and its data from inside the app, or by email if you can no longer sign in.

Delete from the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the Waybound app:

  1. Open Waybound Quests
  2. Tap the menu icon (☰) to open the drawer
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

admin@waybound.quest

Include the email address associated with your Waybound account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Your profile (name, email, avatar)
  2. Your quest history and completions
  3. Your inventory and artifacts
  4. Your settings and preferences
  5. Your participation in quests

Quests you created may be retained in anonymised form or deleted — you can request full removal in your deletion email.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
